Hi! We are the Darlings! Our Scottish home, in the heart of the Borders in Scotland, is available for self-catering accomodation much of the year. Our ground floor dwellinghouse is comprised of: a full kitchen equipped with washer, dryer and dishwasher; a cozy living room with TV/ DVD player, real-flame gas fire, and dining table overlooking the Jedburgh Abbey, circa 1100; a full bath; a queen-size bedroom; a family bedroom with bunk beds, a single with a trundle bed (can be converted to 1 double), a futon and TV/DVD player; and a private back garden with shared drying green. We live here for several weeks a year, and we are confident you will find this to be a home away from home, as we do!!
The property is just minutes' walk from the Tourist Information Centre, bus stop, tes rooms, pubs, shops, restaurants, golf course, Mary Queen of Scots House, the Castle Gael, an indoor swimming pool/leisure centre and the local health centre. We utilize on-street parking.
